Opened this bar in November 2017 and in January 2018 turned part of it into a small nightclub with pole dancing, very very attractive girls and it became an instant success because there is NOTHING like it in the area for 15km to Patong.
The bar is located in a very affluent area close to Laguna, Surin and Bang Tao and attracts high end customers on business and many many local expat and Thai people. The average spend is much higher than the usual bar because of the class of the people and girls.
It is now for sale because i have expanded my property business into Bali and will be spending my time here now in the high season here.
- There is a full management team in place, a guy that does the marketing for it based in UK, fantastic, sexy and hard working staff, accommodation available and up to date daily accounts.
We run pool tournaments 3 nights a week and there is demand for this to be increased. The bar has 2 pool tables which have both just been newly re-clothed and equipment for the table is in good condition too.
- The bar could make much more money if the owner focused on daily and early evening business and with the football world cup come coming up in June the bar is positioned to make a fantastic income for the right owner. Last month income was 505,000 baht.
- The bar also comes with a good and well equipped kitchen so that customers can be served with food. Menus have been printed and this is ready to go immediately also. Many marketing graphics and designs have already been produced and a website started but not finished. There is not much work to do on this and it is probably better for a prospective buyer simply to take over the domain and finish it themselves as tastes may vary. All images of girls and the bar are available as is all marketing and design pack.
The bar also comes with a car park which we rent the lnd for 3,000 baht a month. This land can be used to extend the club if the buyer wanted to. The rent on the bar itself is 50,000 baht per month. There are no other compulsary fixed costs as the owner can choose whether or not to keep on staff accommodation and structure the staff salaries.
I am selling it at the price that i originally put money into it because i simply don't have the time to be going back and forth to Thailand.
